NCCP Courses for Coaches

"Competent and ethical coaches have a positive impact on sport participation, performance, and the lives of those they coach."

The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) provides standardized, inclusive, and safe sport education to coaches and coach developers. The following courses are necessary for National Team coaches and Provincial Team coaches. On the NCCP website they can select eLearning modules under 'Multi-Sport' and can choose the 'Athletics' pathway. https://coach.ca/national-coaching-certification-program

Coaches will be required to obtain NCCP Coaching Certificate Level 1.

Safe Sport Training – Direct Athlete Contact
Safe Sport Training – Make Ethical Decisions
