Shadae comes into the program as a highly accomplished and respected player, with an impressive track record. She has a proven history of success, with some phenomenal accomplishments such as: 4x Provincial Championship gold medalist (3x Alberta, 1x Ontario), and 6 appearances at the Canadian National Championships. And, as a 1x gold medalist at the Canadian National Championships and 3 years on the Canadian National Team, Shadae brings valuable experience and knowledge to her coaching approach.
With 7 years of coaching experience in volleyball and 4 years in dodgeball, Shadae has honed her ability to create a positive and empowering environment for athletes to thrive. Her coaching philosophy revolves around fairness, transparency, and equal treatment for all players. With a nurturing and inclusive approach, Shadae challenges athletes to continuously improve while providing the encouragement and support needed to excel. She understands the importance of creating a safe and respectful environment where athletes feel valued and empowered to take risks.
