EDMONTON (September 14, 2022) - Now that the dust has settled, Dodgeball Canada would first like to congratulate our athletes and coaches on a successful appearance at the 2022 World Dodgeball Championships. Athletes from across the nation were chosen to represent six distinct teams participating in three divisions across two disciplines.
“This event was very special to the community, as it signaled an international return to play for the World Dodgeball Federation,” noted federation president Duane Wysynski.
For 6 months, teams travelled and trained with the hopes of medalling at the World Championships. That dream came true for all three of our Foam Division Teams with both Mixed and Women’s winning gold and Men’s securing a bronze.
